Private Training
By tailoring any of our course curriculums to your organization’s use case, or building a completely custom training class featuring any of Bamboo’s products, our instructors collaborate with you to ensure your attendees receive the product knowledge necessary for a successful implementation. Standard sessions are four-hours in duration, and may include up to 12 participants*.
Delivery Options
Standard private trainings are seminar style and delivered remotely. If preferred, we can do a hands-on style lab class and/or travel to your location**.

Bamboo Project Management Central – Administrator Training
Bamboo Project Management Central Administrator Training is designed to provide attendees with an in-depth understanding of PM Central, and introduce best practices for creating and supporting ongoing deployment. This course covers how to:
- Explain the PM Central Hierarchy and create PM Central Portfolio, Department and Project Sites
- Configure the application, identify configuration “decision points” and customize lists implementing best practices
- Navigate the sites and populate and configure the resource pool
- Modify the List Rollup Schemas and configure key web parts
- Create and manage customized project templates and troubleshoot Bamboo PM Central Timer jobs
- Identify application dependencies and implement application best practices

Bamboo Project Management Central – End User Training
Project Management Central enables Project Managers to plan and track their projects using pre-defined project templates designed to promote best practices, while team members can track their various project assignments from a centralized dashboard. This course will cover how to:
- Navigate PM Central sites and work with enterprise resources
- Create and manage a project schedule in Task Master and utilize the Bamboo MS Project Add-In
- Understand project metrics and work with and manage issues and risks
- Use real time tools enabling team members to track and prioritize work across projects and communicate effectively
- Monitor Resource capacity and allocation

Bamboo Workflow Conductor Designer Training
Targeted at Workflow Designers, this class gives you a deep dive into the capabilities of Workflow Conductor and the basics of creating and maintaining workflows. Starting with a detailed overview of Conductor Studio and some of the most important widgets, we then learn step-by-step how to create and deploy a sample workflow. This course will cover:
- Using Bamboo Workflow Conductor Studio
- Configuring and deploying sample workflows
- Bamboo Workflow Conductor Control Panel, companion web parts and online resources

Time Tracking and Management (TTM)
Time Tracking and Management Administrator Training provides attendees with an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of the application, and introduces best practices for configuring and supporting ongoing deployment. The course will cover how to:
- Identify which configuration mode is best for your organization and complete the checklists with understanding of “decision points
- Determine which users should have what permissions and configure key web parts
- Recognize new features of the application and identify application dependencies
